Broker can by paid a referral fee. Referral fees can not be paid
to agents of out of state brokers, attorneys or accountants.
We are happy to pay a 20% referral fee to any Real Estate Broker who
is duly Licensed in one of the other 49 United States or any US Territory
or Possession.
By signing this agreement you are attesting that you are a Licensed
Real Estate Broker in a State, US Territory or US Possession other than
Florida.
